In India, before the year 1970s more custom made tailoring shops are located in each and every place to meet over the clothing need to the public. Some people were the regular customers to a particular tailoring shop. Those days made to measure systems were in high progress and customers taste were fulfilled by custom-made tailors.

More time being consumed to make the dress and the making charge is considerably high. Wedding suit specialists demanded more making charges and delivery time taken at least 15 to 25 days during this period one or two fitting or trial date might be fixed by the tailor.

Mostly fitted garments like women’s sari blouses were made against the existing sample blouse and delivery date at least ten to fifteen days.

More branded show rooms, Retail outlets, Exclusive show rooms, Offered show rooms, Discount show rooms, Exhibition cum sale Buy one get two /three offers are attracted by the consumers to buy the goods So the healthy condition can be visible.

Majority of the garment manufacturers are intended to start their own brand shop and allowing reasonable discount to attract the customers and also engaging stickiest and considerable sales discount also be given, So this ready-made garment market is still growing well.
