Ladies Baggy Pants
Baggy pants are a style of clothing popular from the mid-1990s until the late-2000s. Baggy Pants is a fad in the wigger community where they were cloths a couple of sizes bigger. The act of baggy pants was "copied" by the wigger community without knowing the meaning.
